Q4b. Study criteria: what are the inclusion criteria?65 or more years old subjects. Retired from an agricultural activity. Resident in one of the selected towns of the countryside of Gironde. Affiliated to MSA and having, for the employees, the AGRICA complementary (70% of the sample). General practitioner in Gironde

Please describe what measures are used to characterise participantsSociodemographic characteristics, lifestyle, medical antecedents, medications, depressive symptomatology and activity limitations were assessed at baseline and each follow-up time. A complete cognitive evaluation with systematic screening for dementia was performed at baseline and each follow-up time. Fasting blood samples were collected at baseline. Brain MRI were performed at baseline and follow-up on a subsample.
