The Dementias Platform UK Portal is a data storage, analysis and linkage platform to provide rapid access to 30+ DPUK cohort datasets. It has three main functions:

  1. IDENTIFY – from the Cohort Directory, use the cohort matrix to identify the studies which collect the data that you need. Search the Directory to get more information on the data that interests you and compare the cohorts side-by-side.
  2. ACCESS – apply for access to data from different cohort studies in a single application. Receive a response to your data application in 28 days and access data online in 90 days if your application is approved.
  3. ANALYSE – work with cohort data in the Data Portal’s analysis area – accessible anywhere with an internet connection. Process and analyse large datasets on DPUK servers at no cost to you or your institution.

Global Alzheimer’s Association Interactive Network (GAAIN) unites a diverse and geographically distributed network of data partners within a federated data platform designed to foster cohort discovery, collaboration and sharing. Researchers can discover clinical, genetic, imaging and other data collected across many independent studies; build cohorts and connect with GAAIN data partners. Study investigators can meet data sharing objectives and develop new collaborations.
