The project is designed to study clinical and paraclinical markers with a high positive predictive diagnostic value for atypical parkinsonian syndromes and to investigate the contribution of the inhibitory GABA-ergic system in the disorders of gait, balance, cognition, speech and eye movements in progressive supranuclear palsy.
