Gain insight in the organisational aspects of different types of housing offered to people with dementia living in nursing homes. Measuring the effects of different types of housing on
– professionals (numbers, level of education and labour satisfaction);
– people with dementia (quality of life);
– quality of care.
The sequel gives insight in the changes in these aspects as well as in the origins and consequences of these changes.
